1) What is Getaway?

We have listed the good and self experienced hotels for a getaway. Gateway means to get a way to relax ourselves from regular routine, daily work, and noise. Here we have mentioned few hotels which are very good... located in a beautiful locations some overlooking the valley, close to the beach, and some close to the temples. You can easily choose your location/hotel as per your requirements modifying the Kilometers, Price & Category, as we have bifurcated them into four types.. adventure/ Experiential, Pilgrim, Beach Side, Hill Stations, Wildlife and one day trips, so its very easy to plan your holiday quickly and easily.

 

2) How to make reservations?

    A) Reservation on call :  Call our numbers 7039100102/103, 02223001333 and speak to one of the reservation executive.

    B) Reservation on E-Mail : Email on tejaswini@trawellgo.com and await a reply within next working hour, Kindly mention your number so that we can directly reach you at the earliest.

    C) Reservation through Website : For Online Reservation visit our web site www.trawellgo.com  and fill all the details in enquiry box, with your name email-id and Contact Number and send off-line enquiry, so that we can get back to you with in an hour’s time. In case of any difficulties email to ask@trawellgo.com

    Once we receive your queries we will get back to you by checking availability for your travel dates, and will assist you for the further mode of payment. Once we received your payment we will issue the confirmation vouchers. a final confirmation note is issued which is to be carried along and presented during travel.

 

3) What is a Confirmation Vouchers ?

Confirmation vouchers will be provided after full payment only, it is the receipt where reservation for particular room has been confirmed and you have made the payment. Confirmation Vouchers will be send to your email by an attachment form, which you have to carry compulsory printout while checking in the hotel, as that is the proof of booking which category of room, number of rooms, number of people all things are mentioned on the voucher. Carrying Confirmation Voucher is compulsory, we are not responsible for further inconvenience if the vouchers are not carried while check- in into the hotel.

 

4) How to cancel the booking?

For cancelling the booking you can call us directly, we will check the cancellation policy and will take action accordingly as cancellation policies depend on hotel to hotel. For standard Cancellation policies please visit (www.trawellgo.com/cancelltionpolicy)

 

5) Is a booking/reservation note the final bill?

NO, the Confirmation Vouchers provided from our side will be the showing only the certain booking for which you have made the payment. Final Bill will be prepared at the hotel only on whatever you consume extra (not included in the package/ not mentioned in the voucher).

 

6) Is this cost includes Food charges?

The packages varies from resort to resort, some are included of meals and some are not, the specific package (Meal Plan) offered by resort will be mentioned while booking and also on the confirmation vouchers
